Anthony Boswell and Colin McCloy, partners of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed receivers of Mintt Corporation Limited (In Receivership), Mintt Technology Limited
(In Receivership), Mintt Technology (North Shore) Limited (In Receivership), and Mintt Packaging Limited (In Receivership)
("the Companies") on 15 April 2008 under the terms of security agreements giving the secured party a security interest in all
of the assets and undertakings of the Companies.

The receivers invite expressions of interest in purchasing any,
or all, of Mintt's business units. Mintt operates in the plastics design and manufacturing industry, comprising businesses formerly known as Form Plastic Technologies, Ian Morrow Industries and O'Brien Plastics. Mintt's manufacturing capacity and technological capabilities allow it to compete in the domestic and international plastics market with an established customer base.
